


Hi, I’m Jay
I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan in 2012.
My career began at Aegis People Support Inc. (now Teleperformance) in Cebu City, where I worked as a Call Center Agent handling a US banking account. My role involved managing inbound calls, client inquiries, funds transfers, check orders, reporting missing cards, handling fraudulent transactions, and other services.
I then worked as a Bank Teller at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company for over six years, processing cash and check deposits.
In February 2020, I transitioned to remote work for more flexibility. I joined ESL companies teaching English and took on various freelancing roles as a Virtual Assistant. I have experience with cold calling, email management, social media management, and working with a US-based real estate agency and a shipping and logistics franchise.
I am confident in my ability to excel in the position I am applying for. I am committed, eager to learn, and thrive under pressure. I value working for a company that treats its staff as valuable assets and am always ready to undergo training to align with the company's mission and vision.
